My editorial approach

Helpful ideas. Clear descriptions.

How I approach useful guides, research, and product recommendations.

Practical content comes first.

Little Counter Cafe focuses on home café spaces, coffee and tea preparation, organization, and useful tools. Content should help readers make a practical decision or understand a next step.

Research and hands-on experience are different.

A researched guide can explain buying criteria or summarize manufacturer information. It must not imply that a product was personally used unless that actually happened. Hands-on reviews should explain the equipment, method, conditions, and limits of the test.

Recipes and demonstrations need evidence.

A recipe should be supported by more than an attractive picture. Published tested-recipe claims should be supported by actual preparation, checked quantities, yield, and appropriate storage guidance. General menu inspiration is labeled as inspiration.

The person behind the site

I’m Sarah, a nurse and coffee lover. Little Counter Cafe is my space to share ideas inspired by my love of coffee and the little counter café I’ve set up at home. Read more on my About page.

Product information changes.

Specifications, dimensions, prices, stock, and manufacturer guidance can change. Check the current product listing and instructions before purchasing or operating equipment. Guides should distinguish current checked information from general considerations.

Affiliate relationships

Where qualifying affiliate links appear, they should be disclosed. A financial relationship does not turn a researched recommendation into a hands-on review. Read my affiliate disclosure.

Corrections and updates

Content should be updated when a material error or outdated recommendation is identified. Useful updates should explain the current recommendation and preserve clarity about what was actually checked.
